Marinos
Marinos has been part of Constantinides Bakery since the age of seven, growing up between the counters, ovens, and recipes of the family business. After studying Accounting and Business Management in London — and completing a barista course at Le Cordon Bleu — he returned home during a challenging period for the company.
Founder
Loukia
Loukia founded the bakery alongside her late husband, Panikos Constantinides, whose memory continues to inspire everything we do. For decades, Lugia has been the soul of our bakery — crafting traditional recipes with care, warmth, and authenticity.
Operations Manager
Artemis
Artemis has been with us since 2004 and is another cornerstone of our production team. Much like Valentina, she helps maintain the authenticity and consistency of our classic recipes. Her loyalty, attention to detail, and passion for her craft make her an irreplaceable part of the Constantinides Bakery family.
Valentina
Traditional Production Specialist
Valentina has been part of our family for more than 15 years. She is one of the pillars of our production team and plays a vital role in preserving our traditional recipes exactly as they were created. Dedicated, reliable, and incredibly hard-working, Valentina continues to carry the heritage of our bakery into every product she touches.

Head baker
Fotis has been with us since 2004 and is the master behind our breads and pastries. As our Head Baker, he is responsible for everything from sourdoughs to croissants, ensuring consistent quality every single day. Skilled, dedicated, and deeply connected to our bakery’s identity, Fotis is more than a team member — he is family.

Michalios
From the earliest days of Constantinides Bakery, Michalios played a defining role in shaping the foundations of our recipes, our processes, and our identity. Working side-by-side with his father, Panikos, he helped build the bakery’s reputation for quality and authenticity. Today, he continues to be one of the key minds behind many of our baking creations. His deep knowledge of breads, traditional pastries, and food craftsmanship still guides our team and influences the flavours our customers love.
